Ranchi: The process of making service condition rules of BRP-CRP in the state could not be completed even in one year. Jharkhand Education Project had formed a committee for this. In this regard, the committee studied the salaries and other facilities provided to BRP-CRP in other states of the country. On the basis of the report of the committee, a draft of the rules was prepared. The process of making service conditions rules has been going on at the departmental level for the last one year, but has not been completed yet. Due to this there is a lot of anger among the BRP-CRP of the state.
Movement to make union rules
BRP-CRP SS union is agitating with the demand of making service condition manual. State president of the union Krishna Prasad and state media in-charge Ravindra Kumar Thakur have said that 2600 BRP-CRP are working in the state. The service conditions of all the personnel appointed under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan except BRP-CRP have become rules. There has also been an increase in the honorarium of para teachers and other employees. BRP-CRNI has been working for 18 years. Only assurance is being given regarding making service condition rules. He has said that BRP-CRP are protesting by wearing black badges. If the demands are not met, the Sangh will intensify the movement.
