Ranchi News: JMM has termed CRPF’s entry as illegal during ED’s interrogation of the CM. Party’s Central General Secretaries Supriyo Bhattacharya and Vinod Kumar Pandey have demanded the government to conduct a high-level investigation into the matter and take strict legal action against the CRPF IG, Commandant and other guilty officers. Said that the government should expose the conspiracy of CRPF, otherwise JMM will be forced to protest.
Entry of CRPF jawans without permission is a provocative act.
The leader said that the Chief Minister’s statement was being recorded by the ED on Saturday. The ED had requested the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police for his security. On the orders of the Chief Secretary, Ranchi district administration had deputed about 2000 police and senior magistrates for the security of ED officials, security of their office, security of their families and to maintain law and order. During this period, protests and demonstrations were also being held by the general public and workers against the biased action of the central investigating agencies. Regarding this, prohibitory order was imposed by the district administration under section 144. Meanwhile, suddenly hundreds of CRPF personnel (more than 500) loaded in buses started entering the Chief Minister’s residence without any permission or information. He also started quarreling with JMM workers. Entering such a large number of CRPF personnel into the prohibited area without the permission of the district administration and without giving information at such a sensitive time and place of law and order is a provocative and illegal act.
JMM workers maintained restraint
The leader further said that if JMM workers had not shown restraint, a violent situation could have arisen. The leader said that it has been received that this act of CRPF was a well-planned conspiracy, in which CRPF IG was also involved. He wanted a fight to break out between the CRPF and the protesting workers. If the protesters become furious and attack the CRPF, then the state government can be accused of failure of the constitutional system. Then the role of imposing President’s rule can be prepared.
CRPF took action on the instructions of the Center
The leader further said that CPRPF can never do any kind of law and order work without the request or permission of the district administration. It is clear from this that CRPF has taken this action as part of a conspiracy at the behest of the Central Government, which is an attempt to destabilize the state government and is a cowardly attack on the federal structure. Central security forces perform very important responsibilities for internal security. Such political misuse of them is very serious and a matter of concern. This biased behavior of the central forces can also adversely affect the upcoming elections.
