According to the information, the General Manager’s office, which was in a dilapidated condition, has been given a new look of the corporate office. The roads in the colony area were also widened. In which 2100 meter road was built. At the same time, 715 meters have been built from Rajrappa police station to the check post. Besides, street lights have been installed from the mine area to the residential colony and township, to the check post, mine and washery. Due to which the entire area becomes illuminated with light as the evening approaches. Special arrangements for cleanliness have been made in the colony under Clean Rajrappa, Green Rajrappa. CTS Colony has been beautified. A parking yard has also been made for the operators in the workshop. Besides, a rest house has also been built here for the workers. Due to which the workers are getting facilities.
Tender made for new washery: General Manager
General Manager PN Yadav said that after getting the approval for the new washery in Rajrappa, its tender has been made. This work has been taken up by the sensor of Odisha. Which has the capacity to wash three million tonnes of coal per year. Apart from this, the railway siding has been expanded here. In which it will increase by 2.35 km. He told that skylift has been installed for the personnel working in the electricity department. Besides, the Officer Club has also been given a new look.
