UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that now bullets are not fired in the streets of Ayodhya, instead, Deepotsav takes place. Today’s Ayodhya is not going through curfew but is resonating with the echo of Sankirtan in the name of Ram. He further said that so far 1,000 people have applied to start homestay in Ayodhya. On one hand, people’s involvement with the homestay program will express the feeling of Atithi Devo Bhava, and on the other hand, it will become a medium of livelihood for the people. CM Yogi said that people’s faith and belief will also be respected in Navya Ayodhya. Tourists will also get the infrastructure there as per their interest. Besides, they will also get the opportunity to see, understand and know the mythological and historical traditions of that place. After December 30, connectivity of Ayodhya to different destinations is increasing. On January 17, we are going to start a new air service from Ayodhya, that is, Ayodhya is ready for international flights. He said that the credit for presenting Ayodhya in a new form goes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. With the guidance and inspiration of PM Modi, success has been achieved in transforming Ayodhya.

Chief Minister Yogi said that no work gets done in India without Ram. Ramayana is recited during the birth of a child and during marriage ceremonies. The day starts with the name of Ram. Ram’s name is taken even before sleeping. Even after reaching the afterlife, the name of Ram is chanted. He said that people would have given martyrdom for any holy place in the world, this has never happened. He said that despite being born in a noble family, the one who chased away the name of Ram died like an animal. People’s livelihood depends on the mere name of Ram. Even today people are associated with Ramkatha. The entire village, the entire city gathers in Ramlilas. Ram gives livelihood, gives life and also gives liberation. He said that our government has provided 821 acres of land to the Airport Authority of India. In view of this, we have completed all the formalities. Today Ayodhya is not only a center of public faith but is also becoming a source of employment for millions of people. In the new Ayodhya, there will be limitless possibilities for every section of person including sailors, taxi drivers, e-rickshaw drivers. Our government has taken steps towards making Ayodhya the country’s first solar city. 200 electric buses have been made available for Ayodhya city. In the coming time we will increase it to 500. He said that we are continuously working for the cultural upliftment of Ayodhya. Ayodhya Research Institute is playing an important role in this. Ayodhya is worshiped first among the Saptapuris mentioned in the Vedas. Now Ayodhya will be seen as per its name. People will easily get darshan of Shri Ramlala.

On the other hand, Suresh Joshi Bhaiya, senior patron of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that there has been awakening in the society whenever the common man stood up with the desire for change. The first freedom struggle in 1857 could give a new direction to the freedom movement because the common people participated in it with full spirit. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mukti Movement was also started by the common people. Be it the lighting of Ram Jyoti or car service, the common people kept the movement awake for so long through various initiatives. Ramjyoti kept burning in the heart of every person. He said that if we look at the life of Lord Ram, his entire life appears to be a struggle. Initially Vishwamitra ji took him, later he went into exile and then, despite his unwillingness, he had to attack Lanka. At that time there was an army of monkeys with him and today it seems that the same monkeys and bears have taken rebirth and are once again present for the cause of Ram. Even during Ram’s lifetime, some were against him, some were neutral, some are the same even today. Today, this effort of 12 lakh Ram devotees to prepare clothes for Ramlala is also like a squirrel’s contribution to Ram’s cause. He congratulated everyone for this. He said that by consecrating the idol of Ramlala, Ravana culture will once again be destroyed and Ramrajya will be reestablished.
