Ram temple construction work in full swing, 1600 people working in 24-hour shift, devotees will be able to visit soon

Ram Mandir: The construction work of Ram temple in Ayodhya is being done at a record pace in recent times. To complete the construction work at a faster pace, the management of the trust has increased the number of workers. Now 1600 workers have been engaged in its construction work, earlier this number was 550. In fact, the trust wants to complete the construction of the temple by January 2024 for devotees to visit, keeping this in mind, the number of workers has been increased.

In order to complete the construction work of the temple as soon as possible, the working hours have also been increased. Earlier work was being done here in 18 hours shift but now the construction work is going on in 24 hours shift. Now only floor and electric work is left in Lord Ram’s womb, rest of the work has been completed. This is where the idol of Lord Rama will be installed. There will be a program of Pran Pratishtha in a grand program in the month of January next year.

The work of the first floor will be completed in the month of January – Project Manager

Jagdish Afale, project manager of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, told that the work on the ground floor and first floor of the temple will be completed in the month of January. Right now our priority is to complete the ground floor by the month of December, it has to be completed for Pran Pratishtha. The work on the first floor will also be completed, its pillars, slabs etc. will be completed by January so that devotees can come here for darshan.

But entry will not be allowed on the first floor till March 2024, until the work here is completed. The project manager told that it will take one and a half years to complete the work of three floors. The work is getting affected a lot due to the rain. The outer wall work is getting affected the most but the inner work is being done without any delay.

To increase the speed of work, work is now being done here 24 hours a day. About 1200 employees including engineers, supervising staff, laborers are working here. Trust member Anil Mishra and Radhe Joshi of the engineering team told that only the work related to carbing stops after evening, the rest of the civil work continues uninterrupted.
