Ayodhya: The idol which has been worshiped in Ram Janmabhoomi for many decades will also be installed in the new temple. Chief priest of Ram Janmabhoomi, Satyendra Das Ji Maharaj gave this information while talking to the media. He said that this statue will be installed before the consecration on January 22. This idol is worshiped since 23 December 1949. The case was fought in the name of the same Ramlala Virajman. That’s why that statue is important. The case was won in his name. Therefore that idol will also remain in the temple. Like the new idol will be worshipped. Similarly, the old idol will also be worshipped. Chief priest Satyendra Das ji said that the idol of Ramlala Virajman is small. Not all people are able to visit him. That’s why there is a need for a bigger statue. The new statue is of a five year old boy.
