All seats of train number 15557 Amrit Bharat Express are running full. There is not a single ticket available in this train from 15th January to 21st January.

From 01.01.2024, train no. 15557/ 15558 Darbhanga- Anand Vihar- Darbhanga Amrit Bharat train is running regularly. This train is operating between Darbhanga and Anand Vihar two days a week. This is the reason why this train is full. It operates from Darbhanga on Monday and Thursday and from Anand Vihar on Tuesday and Friday.

Ticket booking continues in many trains

Amrit Bharat Express train from Darbhanga to Ayodhya has tickets from 25th January onwards. At present, there is long waiting time in some trains. At the same time, ticket booking is going on in many trains till January 21. Here, in Muzaffarpur, train number 15002 Dehradun – Muzaffarpur Express was delayed by six hours in reaching Barabanki from Lucknow on Sunday. The displeasure of the passengers increased due to the train stopping for hours near Barabanki. A large number of passengers contacted the railway helpline number. According to the passengers, no clear answer was given regarding when the train will open. There was no water in many toilets of the coach. Due to not getting any information about the departure of the train, the passengers created an uproar. They had to face a lot of problems. There are many trains in Bihar which are running late. Apart from this, fog is also affecting flights.

Railway Pensioners Welfare Association meeting

A meeting of Railway Pensioners Welfare Association was held at Theosophical Lodge on Sunday. Under the chairmanship of former station director JP Trivedi, discussions were held on improving health facilities for retired employees, allotment of an office at Muzaffarpur station and affiliation to a private hospital. In this context, it was decided to meet the divisional and zone officials and submit a memorandum. Many pensioners including Asgar Ali, VP Singh, Sanjay Kumar, NK Sinha, Prem Kumar, JP Sharan, VK Singh, KK Mishra, VK Karna, BK Verma, Santosh Kumar, Harendra Paswan, Mohammad Syed were present in the meeting.
