Ramlala is being established in his divine form in the new temple of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. Just a day before this, on Sunday, Mahavir Mandir Trust of Patna fulfilled its promise of contributing Rs 10 crore for the construction of Ram Temple. Mahavir Temple Trust Secretary Acharya Kishore Kunal handed over the check of the last installment of Rs 2 crore to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra. As soon as the Supreme Court’s decision in favor of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi came on 9 November 2019, Acharya Kishore Kunal had announced a contribution of Rs 10 crore on behalf of Mahavir Temple for the construction of Ram Temple.

Acharya Kishore Kunal told that on April 2, 2020, the day the account of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust was opened, the first installment of Rs 2 crore was given by Mahavir Temple. This amount continued to be given continuously in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023. Now a assistance amount of Rs 2 crore was given as the last installment. Acharya Kishore Kunal told that Mahavir Temple is the first institution in the country to donate Rs 10 crore as support for the construction of Ramlala’s temple in Ayodhya by any one institution.

2.5 kg gold studded Kodanda from Amava Ram Temple

On behalf of the Amava Ram Temple Trust of Ayodhya, a gold bow and arrow was presented to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra. This bow and arrow weighing 2.5 kg is studded with gold on a copper base. Acharya Kishore Kunal told that a gold studded Kalash was made for the pinnacle of Amava Ram temple. For this, gold was purchased from MMTC, a Government of India undertaking. Gold studded Kodanda has been prepared from the gold left after making the Kalash.

From Monday 22nd January, Ram Rasoi started working both hours.

Ram Rasoi, which has been running in the Amava Ram Temple complex of Ayodhya since Vivah Panchami on 1 December 2019, will start running both afternoons from Monday, 22 January. For the visitors of Ramlala, this Ram Rasoi is being operated by the Mahavir Temple of Patna. Here, 9 types of pure vegetarian dishes are served to Ram devotees free of cost. In Bihari style, the devotees are fed with full devotion after asking. Acharya Kishore Kunal told that till now only day meal has been provided.

On the auspicious occasion of consecration of the new temple of Ramlala, devotees will be given free delicious food in Ram Rasoi in the evening also. Acharya Kishore Kunal told that through Ram Rasoi, the fame of Mahavir Temple has spread to every corner of India. Now, after Ramlala is seated in the new temple, the devotees of Ram from all over the country and the world who come for darshan will be able to enjoy free delicious food in the morning and evening in Ram Rasoi. Acharya Kishore Kunal told that no financial assistance is taken for Ram Rasoi neither in Ayodhya nor in Patna. This Ram Rasoi is being operated with the income of Mahavir Temple.
