BJP has announced the names of some more candidates for the Rajya Sabha elections today i.e. on Wednesday. BJP has released the latest list of candidates for the biennial elections of Rajya Sabha. In this list, the party has made BJP President JP Nadda and former Maharashtra CM Ashok Chavan, Medha Kulkarni its candidates from Gujarat. Apart from this, the party has also included the names of Mayank Bhai Nayak, Dr. Jaswant Singh and Govind Bhai Dholakia among those who have made candidates from Gujarat. It is noteworthy that Ashok Chavan has recently left Congress and joined BJP. There was speculation in political circles about BJP sending him to Rajya Sabha.
