Who is Manoj Jha?

Manoj Jha is the national spokesperson of RJD. In 2018 he became a member of Rajya Sabha. He has studied MA and then PhD in Social Work from Delhi University. Born in Saharsa in 1967, Manoj Jha has served in many parliamentary committees like Coal and Steel Committee, Committee on Providing Computers to Rajya Sabha Members, Railway Committee, Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
