Rajasthan Election 2023 : The date of assembly elections in Rajasthan has been announced. Before voting, Congress party is completely busy. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot reached the capital Delhi and met Sonia Gandhi. After this meeting she said that she has been our president for a long time. Wherever we have reached today, we have reached with his blessings… We would like him to come to Rajasthan for election campaign. Gehlot further said that the electoral process has just started and around October 18, when the CEC meeting starts, only then will we be able to finalize things (candidates for Rajasthan Assembly elections). Rajasthan CM said that whenever I come to Delhi, I make sure to meet Congress Parliamentary Party President Sonia Gandhi. As far as elections are concerned, every house from village to city is the beneficiary of the Congress government’s scheme. We have tried to provide some relief to the people of Rajasthan from inflation. The feedback we are getting from the villages is very good. Because of our good governance, we want to appeal to the people of Rajasthan to bring us back to power. He said that with the change of government, many schemes have been stopped.

Assembly elections in five states between November 7 and 30

Let us tell you that the Election Commission on Monday announced the dates of assembly elections in five states which are being seen as ‘semi-finals’ before the Lok Sabha elections next year. In this sequence, the Commission has announced to conduct assembly elections in Rajasthan in one phase. Voting will take place in the state on November 23 while counting of votes will take place on December 3. People will exercise their franchise in all 200 assembly seats of Rajasthan on November 23. The Model Code of Conduct came into force with the announcement of the election programme.

Congress had formed the government in the state in 2018.

Talking about the last elections, in the year 2018, Congress had formed the government in Rajasthan. In this election, Congress had won a total of 99 seats, while BJP was limited to only 73 seats. According to the trend, this year BJP’s Vasundhara government lost the elections and the public expressed confidence in Congress. Apart from this, BSP had won 6 seats, Communist Party of India (Marxist) 2, Bharatiya Tribal Party 2, Rashtriya Lok Dal 1, Rashtriya Loktantrik Party 3 and independent candidates had won 13 seats.

What has been the trend of Rajasthan?

If we talk about the four assembly elections held in Rajasthan in the last 20 years, no party was successful in forming the government for the second consecutive time. When ruling party MLAs contest elections again, most of them are rejected by the public. Most of the public anger seems to be directed at the ministers, most of the leaders who were ministers in the last four governments have been seen losing in the next elections. Looking at this, you can easily understand the trend of Rajasthan that the people of the state change the government every five years.

Is Congress claiming?

Where this time BJP is entering the election field without CM face. On the other hand, Congress leaders are seen claiming that this time Congress will again come to power in the state and the trend of Rajasthan will change. Congress leaders are saying that work has been done to provide relief to the people under the rule of Gehlot government. There are many such schemes which are directly benefiting the public.
