While fighting for the land, he always raised the party flag high. He spent his entire political life in CPI(ML). He remained steadfast considering the fight for the rights of the people as his own fight. Losing a senior leader like Kishore Kumar in this era of fascist government is a big loss for the party. But we have to take care of this legacy of Kishore ji and take a pledge to take his dream to its destination.

MLA Vinod Singh said that since the 80-90s, the poor, farmers, laborers, Dalits and women in the areas of this Palamu division have been facing their rights, whether it was police repression or feudal power. Kishore Kumar continued to raise his voice against every oppression alone, carrying a red flag on his shoulder and remained in his party till his last breath.
