Negligence was seen on the part of Railways in Puri-Hatiya Express train (18452), due to which the passengers had to face problems which they would never have expected. Actually, the chain supporting the middle berth was missing in the S-6 coach of the train. This was the situation in the entire coach, due to which the passengers sitting and sleeping at night had to face many challenges. As soon as the passengers boarded the train in Puri, they got a severe shock. Especially those passengers who were given middle berths. He could not understand how he would sit or sleep at night. However, the passengers complained about this to the ticket collector. After which the ticket collector took immediate action and added an additional coach for the affected passengers at Bhubaneswar railway station.
