Motihari. The troubles of Osama, son of former Siwan MP Mohd Shahabuddin, accused in the firing and vandalism case at Ranikothi located at Gyanbabu Chowk in the city, are increasing. A production warrant was issued against him from the court in the Ranikothi controversy. Inspector of Nagar police station and case investigator Rajkumar Jha has given the production warrant issued from the court to the superintendent of Central Jail, Motihari. That production warrant from the Central Jail was sent to Siwan Mandal Jail. Osama is currently lodged in Siwan Mandal Jail. Even if he gets bail in the case registered against him in Siwan, he will not be able to come out of jail. After that he will be brought to Central Jail Motihari from there. The court has ordered him to appear in Motihari court on November 1.
A week ago, Osama was arrested by the Kota Police of Rajasthan when he was going to Goa in a private car with his two friends. Let us tell you that on August 1, 2023, there was firing between Md Iftekhar Ahmed of Ranikothi in the city and his brother Md Imteyaz Ahmed over a land dispute. Regarding this, Mohd Imteyaz’s son Farhan had lodged an FIR against Osama and others in the city police station. On behalf of Iftekhar, his manager had filed a case in the city police station accusing Farhan and others. Osama’s sister is married to the doctor son of Mohd. Iftekhar of Ranikothi.
