Prayagraj News Mafia Atiq’s son Ali asked for extortion of Rs 10 lakh

Prayagraj: Ali, son of mafia Atiq Ahmed, has been accused of demanding extortion of Rs 10 lakh from jail (Prayagraj News). A sand trader has lodged an FIR in this matter. Ali, lodged in Naini Central Jail, has been accused of extorting extortion through henchmen. Police have registered an FIR against eight people including Ali.

Sand trader was threatened
Sand trader Abu Saeed told the police (Prayagraj News) that Mujjasir and Asad, residents of Puramufti, stopped him on the way and threatened to give him Rs 10 lakh. He said that Ali has asked for this amount from jail. When he was not given the money, many unknown people including Mujassir and Asad attacked him and snatched 48 thousand rupees by hitting him on the head with a machete. In this case, the police have registered an FIR against 8 people including Ali, son of mafia Atiq Ahmed, and detained three people. It is noteworthy that Ali is lodged in Naini Central Jail in an extortion case. Five FIRs have been registered against him for extortion by threat.

Shaista Parveen’s henchman Balli Pandit arrested
On the other hand, Prayagraj Police has arrested Balli Pandit, the henchman of Shaista Parveen, wife of mafia Atiq Ahmed. He has been arrested before any major incident in Bally Chakia. It is alleged that Balli Pandit alias Sudhanshu Trivedi had demanded extortion of Rs 2 lakh from a sand contractor. He had also snatched 20 thousand rupees. 10 bombs have also been recovered from Bally. According to the police, Balli is a resident of Dhumanganj. He used to take over the land on the instructions of Atiq. Bally came into limelight after the Umesh Pal murder case. His photos with Shaista Parveen went viral.
