Parkash Singh Badal Final Rites: The mortal remains of former Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal reached his native village in Muktsar district yesterday. His last rites are going to be performed here today. According to the information that has come to the fore, the CM of Punjab Bhagwant Mann will also be present at the time of the last rites. It is being told that due to lack of space in the crematorium of the village, his last rites will be performed in his own farm. Badal’s last rites will be held at 1 pm, but from 9 am to 12 noon, his body will be kept at home for the last darshan. When the dead body of Prakash Singh Badal reached his village, hundreds of people paid floral tributes to him on the way.

Bhagwant Mann will also be present

If reports are to be believed, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will express condolences by meeting the Badal family today. For this, Maan will directly reach Prakash Singh Badal’s house. It is being speculated that during this time many more big leaders can be involved. According to media reports, Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit, BJP President JP Nadda, former Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah, Hans Raj Hans, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot, Union Minister of State Som Prakash were present at Badal’s funeral. Sharad Pawar, Praful Patel, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, former Haryana CM Bhupinder Hooda and Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja can reach Wading. In view of this possibility, strict security arrangements have been made in the state.

Funeral will be at 1 pm

Today at 1 pm, the funeral procession will start from his house for the last rites. His Kinnu garden is located about 1 kilometer away from the house. This garden has been cut and leveled for the last rites. A platform about 50 feet long and 30 feet wide has been prepared in this garden itself. Badal will be cremated in this platform and later it will be kept as a memorial.
