The conspiracy to shoot JAP leader Anand Kumar Singh alias Dabbu Singh was hatched by his own elder brother Anil Singh. After the conspiracy was confirmed in the investigation, Anil Singh has been arrested by the Patna Police from Muzaffarpur. The arrested accused has been sent to jail on Monday.
Anil arrested from Muzaffarpur
SHO SK Shahi told that the conspiracy to shoot the Jap leader was hatched by his own elder brother. After confirmation in the investigation, the police started raids for the arrest. Meanwhile, secret information was received that Anil Singh was hiding in Muzaffarpur, after which a team of Patna police raided and arrested him. After interrogating Anil Singh, the police sent him to jail.
Elder brother had done complete planning at his house
Police said that in the investigation it has come to light that Anil Singh had done the entire planning to shoot the Jap leader at his own house. Three accused have been arrested earlier in this case. It is to be known that on the late night of 13 September 2021, Jap leader Dabbu Singh was shot and injured at the gate of 155D residence of Pataliputra itself. On Dabboo Singh’s statement in the case, an FIR was lodged against his younger brother Amit Kumar Singh alias Biru alias Shekhar, elder brother Anil Singh, Anil Singh’s driver Rahul Kumar and another.
Shooter’s cloth was found from Anil Singh’s house
During the investigation, it came to light that the entire conspiracy was hatched at Anil Singh’s house on Jagdev Path. The cloth of shooter Rishi Sardar was also recovered from Anil Singh’s house. Rishi had looted two people’s mobiles by showing fear of pistol and the looted mobiles were also recovered by the police from Anil Singh’s house itself. Police has arrested Amit Kumar Singh alias Biru, shooter Rishi Sardar, driver Rahul in the case.
