Bihar Crime News: In the year 2022, an MBA student suddenly went missing in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. The girl used to study while staying at her maternal home. His maternal grandfather had filed a case of kidnapping. The police started investigating this matter but did not achieve any success. Negligence was also found in the investigation after which the case went to CID. CID has also used all its strength but till now no trace of the student has been found. This matter came into limelight even more when the court reprimanded the police and CID regarding this. Now in the kidnapping case of MBM student, CID has sought permission from the CJM court on Thursday to conduct FSL investigation of her self-written diary and the application given in the college. On the application of CID, CJM has issued an order for investigation after hearing. Now a narco test of a female witness will also be done.
Narco test will be done on female witness
CID diary and application will now be examined in the police laboratory of CID located in Patna. Through this investigation, CID wants to know whether the diary and the application has been written by the MBA student herself or the application has been written by someone else. CID will conduct narco test of a female witness. Regarding this, the CID IO has filed an application in the CJM court on Thursday for conducting a narco test. While hearing the application, the CJM accepted it. The court has issued an order to issue summons to the female witness. However, after getting his consent, CID can conduct narco test. Let us tell you that three accused in this case had already refused to undergo narco test in the court citing health reasons.
Student went missing in 2022, CID is investigating
Yashi, a student studying in a management college while living at her maternal grandfather’s house in a locality of Sadar police station area, is missing since December 12, 2022. When she did not return home till the evening of 12 December, her maternal grandfather lodged an FIR for her kidnapping at Sadar police station. Earlier this case was being investigated by the police of Sadar police station. Considering the seriousness of the case, the responsibility of investigation has been handed over to CID.

Let us tell you that in this case the police had also conducted a raid in the red light area. The police’s hands remained empty during this period. The police, which is trying to trace the student, has even got miking done in the city. It was decided to give a reward of Rs 50,000 to anyone who can provide information about the girl’s whereabouts. The amount of this reward has been increased to Rs 3 lakh.
High Court is monitoring
Let us tell you that when the police did not take the matter seriously, the girl’s family approached the Patna High Court. The High Court is now monitoring the ongoing investigation in this case. Meanwhile, the government handed over the responsibility of investigating the case to CID. On which the High Court had also expressed its displeasure. The shocking turn in this case came when two women were operating the Facebook ID of the missing girl. The police immediately took both the women into custody.
