Police declared Hindu Raksha Dal Chief Pinky Chaudhary a history-sheeter in Ghaziabad, keeping an eye on every activity.

Ghaziabad: UP Police has declared Hindu Raksha Dal Chief Pinky Chaudhary Bhupendra Tomar alias Pinky Chaudhary as a history-sheeter. A few days ago, by taking action under the Goonda Act, the legal noose had already been tightened against him. Ghaziabad Police had filed two FIRs against Hindu Raksha Dal leader Bhupendra Tomar alias Pinky Chaudhary for threatening a traffic policeman and “using derogatory language about Hindu religion”. A purported video of the same has also surfaced, in which a group of Choudhary’s supporters were seen abusing and threatening a traffic policeman who had re-challaned a mini truck for his religion-related comments. UP Police is issuing challans against those using stickers with caste or religious remarks on vehicles. An FIR was registered at Nandagram police station under sections including rioting with a deadly weapon, disturbing peace, causing hurt and preventing a public servant from discharging his duty. A case has been registered against Choudhary along with the driver of the mini truck and 10-12 other people.
