Giridih: Police of Khukhra police station in Giridih, Jharkhand raided Bariyarpur on Saturday and arrested a criminal with a pistol and two bullets who was planning to commit a criminal incident. The arrested criminal is Israel Ansari alias Israel Ansari, a resident of Bariyarpur. Giridih SP Deepak Kumar Sharma gave information to this effect.
Police chased and caught the criminal
Giridih SP said that Khukhra police station received secret information that a criminal is planning to commit a major incident in Bariyarpur police station area and is keeping weapons and bullets at his house. As soon as the police team reached Bariyarpur to take proper action by forming a raid team as per the instructions of the senior officer to verify the information, a suspicious person sitting there started running away quickly after seeing the police. After this the police team chased the young man and caught him.
The criminal came home on Eid
During interrogation, the youth revealed his name as Israel Ansari alias Israel Ansari, father – Azim Mian Bariyarpur. When the police interrogated Israel strictly, he told that he had come to his home for Eid festival and had kept a pistol hidden in his house. After this, the police team reached Israel’s house and searched and found a 7 mm pistol and two bullets, which had KF 7.65 written on the bottom, from the store room of his house. Seized it. After this, the police registered an FIR in Khukhra police station and arrested Israel Ansari alias Israel Ansari and sent him to jail. It was told that Sariya police station case number 233/14 dt. has been registered against Israel Ansari. 23.07.2014 FIR registered under section 395/412 IPC.

The raiding team included Khukhra police station in-charge Puani Niranjan Kachhap, Sani Neelamchandra Ekka, Rajendra Upadhyay, Sunil Sardar, Dayanand Rai, Jitendra Yadav, Ajit Kumar Nayak, Jitendra Kumar Rana, Rajkumar Rana, Mahesh Kumar, Ravi Shankar Pandey, Sanjay Vishwakarma, Virendra Kumar Verma, Soldiers like Satnam Singh, Krishna Kumar Rai etc. were included.
