If employment is not made available as per the demand, investigation will be done

District Magistrate Mukul Kumar Gupta, Deputy Development Commissioner Bhupendra Prasad Yadav along with Director Accounts Administration, DRDA, District Panchayati Raj Officer, SDO Siwan Sadar and all BDOs, Program Officer MNREGA and DPM Jeevika were present in the meeting. On the other hand, in relation to the MNREGA scheme, the minister said that work should be provided to all the job card holders who demand work. If for some reason employment has not been made available as per the demand, then check it. Along with completing incomplete schemes on priority, directed to establish coordination with other departments also so that there is no duplication of schemes. Under the Lohia Swachh Abhiyan, it was directed that those families who do not have land for toilet construction, after examining it thoroughly, take action for construction of toilet according to the rules.

Instructions to renovate public ponds

Under the Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali Abhiyan, instructions have been given to renovate public ponds with MNREGA and minor water resources and to construct check dams. Along with this, directed to work on the quality of renovation of the identified public wells and the construction of soakage. Apart from this, talked about installing more and more solar power plants in government offices. In the context of livelihood, the minister said that emphasis will have to be laid on the sustainable livelihood scheme. DPM Jeevika was directed to prepare such productive group in the district which is not normal under sustainable livelihood. On the other hand, the minister told that good work is being done in the schemes related to the Rural Development Department in the district. There is a need to do better in this. At the state level too, the Rural Development Department has received awards on many dimensions, in which the officers and employees of the Rural Development Department of entire Bihar cooperate. The minister instructed all the officials to behave cordially with the common citizens. Listen to their problems and give advice to solve them according to the rules.
