Rath Yatra was taken out with pomp in Medni Nagar of Palamu. This yatra took place at three places in the city. In this, the song of Hare Ram, Hare Krishna mesmerized everyone in the journey taken out by ISKCON. On the other hand, the presentation of Kirtan Mandali from Mayapur also drenched everyone in devotion.
Everyone praised the Rath Yatra organized by ISKCON
Many dignitaries of the district attended the puja organized by the Daltonganj branch of Hare Krishna Youth of ISKCON. In which Gaurdham Das of Mayapur ISKCON, Palamu Superintendent of Police Chandan Kumar Sinha, Sadar SDO Rajesh Kumar Sah, SDPO Surjit Kumar, Former Minister KN Tripathi, outgoing Mayor of Municipal Corporation Aruna Shankar, Deputy Mayor Rakesh Singh alias Mangal Singh, former Vice President of Municipal Council Many people including Manoj Singh were present. After this everyone together pulled the chariot. The decoration of the chariot was being made on seeing it. Which was praised by all.
Rath Yatra also started from Redma Thakurbari
Rath Yatra was also taken out from Thakurbari, Ranchi Road Redma. Lord Jagannath was made to sit in the chariot after duly worshiping and aarti. In which former state minister KN Tripathi, former MP Brajmohan Ram, BJP leader Manoj Singh, former vice-president of city council Manoj Singh, Satbir Singh Raja, temple development committee chairman Vijay Tiwari, Sunil Tiwari, Ajay Tiwari, Ruchir Tiwari, Shashi Tiwari, Vivekananda Many people including Tripathi were present.
Naga sadhus were the center of attraction
Naga sadhus were the center of attraction in the Rath Yatra. Those who came from many places including Prayagraj. All the guests and devotees together pulled the chariot of Lord Jagannath, Balarama and Subhadra and took it to Shri Ram Janaki Temple i.e. Mausi Bari.
Shri Ram Janaki Temple Trust also took out Rath Yatra
Rath Yatra was also taken out by Shri Ram Janki Mandir Trust with the help of International Hindu Council, Rashtriya Bajrang Dal. Sudha Gupta, Avinash Kumar Raja, Vivek Sahay etc. were leading this Rath Yatra. The members involved in the Rath Yatra attracted the attention of the people by showering flowers.
