Forbesganj of Araria was the coldest city in the state with nine degrees Celsius. People are facing problems due to cold. Icy cold winds are blowing here.
People are resorting to jackets and caps to protect themselves from the cold. There is fog in all the districts including Patna. There is a warning about dense fog and cold wave.
The Meteorological Department has alerted and at present, people have not got any relief from the cold. People are also facing difficulties in travelling.
Many trains are running late from their scheduled time. Many flights remained cancelled. Due to this, people have suffered a lot.
There is also an alert regarding rain in Bihar and Jharkhand and people may get some respite from the cold in the first week of February.
