About 25,000 Kanwariyas left for water offering at Baba Baidyanath after filling water from the holy Uttarwahini Ganga. These Kanwariyas will reach Deoghar on the fifth Monday of Sawan and will offer water to Bholenath. Kanwarias are going to Babadham with enthusiasm. These days the weather is also supporting the Kanwariyas.
Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Bihar, Jharkhand etc. Kanwariyas of many states traveled towards Babadham on Saturday also by filling Gangajal. The Kanwarias who lift Ganga water on Friday and Saturday are likely to offer water on Monday.

While 19 thousand 730 general Kanwariyas left for Deoghar by filling Ganga water till 5 pm. The district administration is prepared for the possibility of huge crowd coming on Sunday and Monday. The case of theft of goods and money of Kanwariyas at Sultanganj Ganga Ghat is not stopping. On Wednesday, when the wallet of a woman from Uttar Pradesh’s Deoria district was stolen at Ganga Ghat in the blink of an eye, the police interrogated her for a long time. Later, 4 thousand rupees were given to the woman by donating. Kanwariyas are advised to be cautious.
The crowd of Kanwariyas is increasing everyday at Namami Gange Ghat of Sultanganj. The water level of Ganga is also increasing here. Now barricading has also sunk in many places. At the same time, the administration is constantly alert about it.
Boats are seen making rounds continuously at Sultanganj Ganga Ghat. Divers have also been deployed. People are appealed not to enter deep water and take bath inside the barricading.
