New Delhi : India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has received 13,688 bookings for its newly launched flagship premium motorcycle Karizma XMR. The company has already started sending bikes to dealerships and is scheduled to start customer deliveries this month, amid the festive season. The motorcycle was launched at a starting price of Rs 1,72,900 (ex-showroom), but now the price has been revised to Rs 1,79,900 (ex-showroom).
Booking started on 29th August
According to media reports, booking for Karizma XMR was started on 29 August 2023 and the booking window was closed at midnight on 30 September. The new booking window will be announced soon and will include the revised pricing.
Karizma XMR was first launched in 2003
Hero MotoCorp launched the premium motorbike Karizma XMR in the market in late August. The two-wheeler manufacturer has brought back the successful ‘Karizma’ nomenclature to its product lineup after almost four years. The modern iteration retains some of the signature styling alignment from the original model, which was introduced back in 2003. This helps retain the nostalgia that the name brings with it.

The Karizma The engine generates maximum power of 25.15 bhp and maximum torque of 20.4 Nm. This is the most powerful motorcycle in its segment, which generates the highest torque.

In terms of looks, the bike has aggressive styling, sharp and sleek looking LED headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights. Turn indicators and tail lamps also come with LED touch. The bike has a split seat layout, with the rear seat facing upwards and the sleek tail section adds more style to the bike.
Features of Karizma XMR
It is equipped with features like segment-first adjustable windshield. It has a fully digital color LCD display, which comes with Bluetooth connectivity and first-in-segment turn-by-turn navigation technology. It is available in three different color options, which include Iconic Yellow, Matte Red and Phantom Black.
