Two color options in Ducati Diavel V4
The new bike Ducati Diavel V4 launched in the Indian market has been introduced in two color options, Ducati Red and Thrilling Black. The new motorcycle has been designed as a power cruiser with a powerful fuel tank. The Ducati Diavel V4 can hold 20 liters of fuel, a flat headlamp, single-sided swingarm and a side-mounted exhaust. Actually, the Diavel V4 has been quite famous for its design language.
Ducati Diavel V4 Engine
The Ducati Diavel V4 is powered by a 1,158 cc V4 GranTurismo engine. It generates a peak torque output of 165 Bhp at 10,750 rpm and 126 Nm at 7,500 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission with quick-shifter and auto-blipper. The engine requires valve clearance at an interval of every 60,000 kms.
Ducati Diavel V4 Design
Ducati is using an aluminum monocoque frame for the Diavel V4. It is slung by 50 mm up-side down forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Both units are fully adjustable. After this the brakes are applied again. It gets double 330 mm discs at the front with Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers and 265 mm discs at the rear with twin-piston calipers from Brembo. The motorcycle also comes with Cornering ABS.
Ducati Diavel V4 Features
Talking about the features of Ducati Diavel V4, it has a 5-inch TFT color display, in which Ducati multimedia system and turn-by-turn navigation are also available. Other features include riding mode, power mode, Ducati traction control, Ducati wheelie control, daytime running lights, Ducati brake lights, cruise control, all LED lighting, dynamic turn indicators and a lot more.
Ducati Diavel V4 competition and price in India
In India, the Ducati Diavel V4 will compete against the Ducati Panigale V4, Honda CBR 1000 RR-R and the Ducati Streetfighter V2. The price of Ducati Diavel V4 in the market starts from Rs. 27.41 Lakh. Ducati Diavel V4 is available in a single variant in the Indian market.
