On Friday, Indian Air Force aircraft Sky Divers surprised people with its amazing performance in the sky at Laheriasarai in Darbhanga district of Bihar. Members of the Air Force’s Galaxy team jumped from a height of about 10 thousand feet from the sky. Slowly landed in Nehru Stadium with the help of parachute. This astonishing performance by the soldiers thrilled the people of the area, the children and the local people present in the Nehru Stadium complex. In-charge DM Pratibha Rani, DPRO Alok Raj, Squadron Leader Manish Kumar Singh of Darbhanga Air Force Station etc. were present at the Nehru Stadium complex to witness this feat. Apart from school children, NCC cadets, local people were present in the stadium premises.

Took selfie with soldiers descending with the help of parachute

This amazing event was also seen by the people around the stadium complex. People walking on the road stopped to look at this scene. Many people also took selfies of the soldiers descending from the sky with the help of parachutes. The speed of vehicles and pedestrians on the road came to a halt for a few moments to watch the demonstration. The school children and teachers present in the Nehru Stadium complex greeted the sky divers by clapping.

11 member Sky Divers were included in the team

Squadron Leader Manish Kumar Singh of Darbhanga Air Force Station said that a team has been formed by combining the three armies. This team is adept in carrying out all types of operations which take place in the air. The leader of 11-member Sky Diverse is Rahul Jha. The team includes A Mahapatra, V Tiwari, RD Mishra, DPS Chauhan, RK Tiwari, Pawan Indopara, Rajnikant Kumar, N Khakhal, Yogendra Singh, P. Alekh.
