If we move together, we will truly become children of this nation.

On this occasion, Bishop of Daltenganj Theodore Mascarenhas said that this is the time of Christmas, the time of happiness. You are celebrating the carnival of youth Christmas. We celebrate this because a small child came into this world to show us the way to walk. This is the path of love and peace. When we celebrate the birth anniversary of Lord Jesus Christ, we celebrate the birth anniversary of the King of Peace. So when we celebrate, let us also remember those children, women and all the people who are in places where conflict is going on. Be it Palestine, Israel, Syria, Africa or Manipur. Wherever there is conflict, let us pray that our King of Peace will help bring peace there. Secondly, baby Jesus was born as a poor child in a cowshed. When we celebrate, let us also remember the needy. And thirdly, this King of peace came to make us brothers and sisters. He is the king of all, hence does not discriminate between anyone. We are all one, children of the same God. When there is division among us, there will be no progress. Let us move forward together. May everyone be blessed by God. May God, by whatever name you call Him, come into your family. Give happiness and peace. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
