Patna Ring Road: Land acquisition will be done in 12 Mauza between Kanhauli-Sherpur, compensation rate fixed

For the construction of Patna Ring Road, an estimate of compensation is being prepared for the acquisition of land in 12 Mauza between Kanhauli-Sherpur. A six-member committee has prepared the rate for compensation. Based on this, an estimate of the rate will be made according to the structure of the land. The source said that the rate of the acquired land will be given according to the sale deed three years ago and the current MVR rate, which is higher. The rate has been determined on the basis of type of land, agricultural, residential, commercial, distance from road, city panchayat, city council, rural and other.

187 acres of land to be acquired in 12 Mauza

The rate will be effective from the date of notification of land acquisition for the project. For the construction of Patna Ring Road, 187 acres of land is to be acquired in 12 Mauza between Kanhauli-Sherpur. The notice will be issued after the rate estimate is prepared. NHAI will construct the ring road. About 468 crores will be spent on its construction.

Land will be acquired in Bihta and Maner

For the construction of ring road, about 187 acres of land will be acquired between Kanhauli and Sherpur in Bihta and six Mauza of Maner zone. Wajidpur, Panal, Kanhauli, Parakhotimpur Kothi, Mustafapur and Hiramanpur villages of Bihta zone are included. On the other hand, Mustafapur Mauli, Rasulpur Bijagopal, Harshankarpur Narhanna, Rasulpur Bijagopal Milki, Balua and Santar villages of Maner zone are included. About 79 acres of land will be acquired in Bihta zone and about 108 acres in Maner zone.

Notification will be done soon to take land from ryots

An official source said that there will be a notification soon for land acquisition from the ryots for the construction of Ring Road. For this, a six-member committee under the chairmanship of DM has fixed the rate. Under the chairmanship of the DM, the SDO, DCLR, Under Registrar, Additional Collector, Officer of the Adhyachi Department and District Land Acquisition Officer of the concerned sub-division are included in the committee. The source said that the committee has decided the rate of the land. Due to the different type of land, there will be a difference in the rate. The compensation for the land will be given as per the prescribed rate.
