The pace of compensation distribution is slow, due to which the tenants are creating hurdles in land acquisition. The process of organizing camps in villages for distribution of compensation for the elections has also come to a standstill.

Farmers have not received compensation

According to experts, till now the ryots have received compensation for only 29 acres of land. Rs 98 crore compensation has been given among the ryots.
