On December 11, student Anamika Kumari was shot dead at Manichak turn in Masaurhi, Patna. Now disclosing this matter, the police have arrested the student’s lover, his brother and two friends. All the arrests have been made from different areas of Dhanrua police station area. City SP East disclosed this matter on Wednesday. He told that Niwas Kumar alias Funtus Kumar (eccentric lover), a resident of Thubhapur of Dhanrua, had shot and killed student Anamika. Fantus’ brother Mukesh Kumar is also involved in this entire conspiracy. Apart from this, the police have arrested Prince Kumar, a resident of Patharhat, Dhanrua, who was providing weapons, and Ranjit Kumar, who was doing recce.
Was murdered while going to coaching
One country-made pistol, one live cartridge, one kiosk, Rs 17,000 in cash, two motorcycles and two mobile phones have been recovered from the accused arrested by the police. It is known that student Anamika Kumari was murdered when she was going to study coaching. During this time, a crazy lover riding a bike shot him in the head and killed him. In this case, on the statement of the student’s mother Shweta Kumari, an FIR for murder was registered against four people including Fantus.
Funtus was following the student for a year, Anamika was fed up
Actually, Anamika used to go for coaching in a coaching institute located in Taregna. Funtus also used to take classes in another coaching center near him. A year ago, while going to and from coaching, Funtus noticed Anamika. After this, he started following Anamika continuously while going to and from coaching. Started finding out about when she comes and when she goes. Several times in a year, he tried to stop Anamika on the road and talk to her, but Anamika refused to talk. When the student did not agree even after continuously following him and trying to talk to him, he decided to kill the student.

When the student refused to accept Fantus’s one-sided love, Fantus told the whole story to his brother Mukesh Kumar. He told his brother that he would kill Anamika. If she is not mine then I will not let her belong to anyone else. After this, both the brothers together planned the murder. After planning, he ordered weapons from his friend Prince. He also included his friend Ranjit in the planning to provide every moment information about the student. After this, Fantus shot Anamika in the head and escaped on a bike with his brother.
Fed up with Fantus, Anamika had gone to her maternal grandfather’s house.
Anamika was a resident of Kazichak village of Nadwan. From home, she would cycle to Nadwan station by coaching, then catch a train, get down at Taregna and come to coaching. Funtus also started coming with her on the train and started teasing her. Even while going from Taregna station to coaching, he started harassing her. He reprimanded him several times, but it had no effect. Fed up with all this, Anamika stopped coming for coaching from home and 10 days ago she came to her maternal grandfather’s house living in Taregna. Coaching started coming from there. After this Funtus started chasing him again.
