During this time, he hid his religion and roamed around together and increased his relations. After this, when his truth came to light, the female constable ended all relations with him. After this, he created a fake account on Instagram and posted the picture and video of him with the female constable. He also started using abusive words while calling. The female constable has told the police that during their friendship, she had tried to molest and have physical relations several times. He has also cheated people of money by assuring that the photo will not go viral.

Meanwhile, in another case, Patna’s ADJ 6 cum POCSO Act Special Judge Kamlesh Chandra Mishra found the accused Mohammad Jabir alias Javed guilty under Section 6 of the POCSO Act in the case of rape of a minor girl and sentenced him to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 20,000. POCSO Act Special Public Prosecutor Suresh Chandra Prasad said that the said case is related to Parsa Bazaar police station case number 44/19, in which the victim’s father had registered the case on 10 February 2019.

He also sexually exploited her by threatening to make the video and photo viral. When the victim was called again to Kurthoul Hanuman Temple on 10 February 19, the family members caught the accused and handed him over to the police and registered a case. In this case, the Special Public Prosecutor took testimony from a total of six witnesses. The court has also directed the Bihar government to give Rs 4 lakh as compensation to the victim.
Uncle turns out to be a monster, arrested
