Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) member Dr. Arun Bhagat became the victim of these shenanigans on Sunday. When in the middle of the road, the snatchers snatched the gold chain from his wife’s neck and ran away. The incident took place at around 6.30 am today. This incident was carried out on Bailey Road.

In front of BPSC on Bailey Road, the snatchers targeted Dr. Arun Bhagat’s wife and escaped by snatching her chain. Dr. Arun told that he was going to the temple in the morning with his wife. Rudrabhishek of Shivling was to be done at Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple on Bailey Road. Suddenly two youths riding a bike came close to his wife and snatched the gold chain from her neck and ran away. The bike riders were not wearing helmets. He ran towards the High Court.
