Trains coming late from Delhi to Bihar due to fog in UP

Many trains are running late due to bad weather and fog. About 10 trains coming to Patna Junction from Delhi, Ahmedabad and Mumbai were late on Friday. Apart from this, two trains coming from Delhi were cancelled. The trains that were canceled included Mahananda coming from Old Delhi to Patna and Malda Town coming from New Delhi. Tejas Rajdhani arrived late by about 2 hours and Magadha, Vikramshila, and Humsafar arrived late by about an hour. Apart from this, Sampoorna Kranti and Brahmaputra were delayed by about half an hour, weekly super fast coming from Ahmedabad was delayed by about an hour. Karmabhoomi, which opens from Patna and goes to Mumbai, also opened late by 40 minutes.

Six flights were cancelled, 11 pairs of planes flew late

Due to bad weather, fog and operational reasons, six flights coming to and returning from Patna were canceled on Friday. IndiGo flight 6E2769, arriving from Delhi to Patna at 10:10 am, was the first flight to be cancelled. Indigo Airlines flight 6E255 to Bengaluru was also canceled at 11:30 pm. Along with this, one flight each of Indigo to Hyderabad, Deoghar, Ranchi and Chennai was also cancelled.

If we look at the 28 scheduled flights, an average of 9.6 percent have not flown every day.
