Passengers angry over not installing AC coach in Humsafar Express, train left Madhupur station late by two and a half hours

Indian Railways News|Dozens of passengers of Humsafar Express going from Deoghar’s Madhupur station to Anand Vihar Terminal created a ruckus on Friday evening as the reserved air-conditioned coach was not added to the train. He said that the train did not leave on time. Secondly, air conditioned coach was not added to it. As a result, the train left Madhupur station late by two and a half hours. Passengers said that due to the indifference and negligence of the Railways, everyone faces problems. It is said that in view of the demand for tickets, the commercial department of Railways had sold tickets for additional bogies in Humsafar Express train. But, Railways did not arrange additional AC coaches. When the train reached platform number four of Madhupur station, the passengers noticed that the extra coach number BE-1 was not in the train. Not seeing their coach, the railway passengers got angry and started creating ruckus. Railway officials and personnel consoled the passengers and pacified them.

After this, Railways immediately arranged for additional AC coaches. An additional AC bogie was added to the train. During this time there was a delay of about two and a half hours. In this way, Anand Vihar Humsafar Express departed from Madhupur station towards its destination two and a half hours late. Let us tell you that the departure time of Humsafar Express train from Madhupur station is 5:05 pm, but this train left for Anand Vihar station at 7:30 pm today.
