Ever since his name flashed on TV and made headlines in newspapers, his family is in shock. They cannot understand how their son, who was always engrossed in books, did such a thing.
Manoranjan studied engineering from Bengaluru
Manoranjan is 34 years old and is an engineering graduate, he has done engineering from Bangalore. But on December 13, Manoranjan D intruded into the temple of democracy, considered the safest and most sacred in the country, and fired a smoke cracker while shouting slogans. His family members are very upset with this incident and they say that whatever is good for the society should be done.
Manoranjan never spoke anti-national
Manoranjan’s father Devaraj Gowda says that whatever his son did is unexpected for him. He never said anything anti-national nor did he have this kind of mentality. Farmer Devraj Gowda says that his son is so engrossed in books that he even refused to get married. He does not wear expensive clothes, spends money only on travelling. Even after ten years of completing engineering, he did not take up any employment. He does not tell anything about his upcoming plans. I am very worried and if he has committed any anti-national act, he should be given strict punishment.
The family did not know that Manoranjan is in Delhi.
Manoranjan’s father told that he did not even know that his son had gone to Delhi. When Parliament news started flashing on TV yesterday, he came to know about his son’s actions. Devraj, who looked mentally disturbed, told that he had come to live in Vijayanagar, Mysore 15 years ago to pursue entertainment education.
Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda had helped
Manoranjan did his pre-university studies from Saint Joseph’s College, Mysore. After that he studied engineering from BIT Mysore. Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda had helped him in getting a seat in college to study engineering. For the last few years, he was very active in social media groups. Despite this, he never said anything from which it could be inferred that he is involved in anti-national activities.
