The security lapses are said to be related to Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka and Maharashtra. The accused had stayed with a person named Lalit Jha in Gurugram and had made complete preparations.

Two people involved in the conspiracy are still absconding

Of the six accused who hatched the conspiracy, two are still absconding. Police are continuously conducting raids to search for both. Police have identified five people. Two people have been arrested from inside the House and two from outside the Parliament.

Security agencies had received input 15 days ago

The news is also coming that the security agencies had received the input about the uproar outside the Parliament 15 days in advance. It was told in the input that there could be a ruckus around the Parliament on 13th December.

Police identify second person who jumped into Lok Sabha

Police have also identified the second person who jumped into the Lok Sabha. According to officials, he has been identified as a person named Manoranjan. Earlier, another person was identified as Sagar Sharma from his visitor pass. Both had jumped inside the house from the spectator gallery. Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora and other senior officials on Wednesday visited the Parliament House complex to take stock of the situation following the security lapse. Meanwhile, a man and a woman were arrested while they were protesting outside the Parliament House complex. They have been identified as Neelam (42) of Hisar, Haryana and Amol Shinde (25) of Latur, Maharashtra.

PA passes of MPs will be cancelled, ban on making audience gallery and entry pass also

Taking serious note of the lapse in Parliament security, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla ordered the cancellation of MPs’ PA. Apart from this, he has also ordered a ban on making spectator galleries and entry passes. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said, the incident that happened today is a matter of concern for all of us and is also serious. A high level investigation is being conducted and action will be taken accordingly. A comprehensive review will be conducted.
