Pakistani husband files fraud case against Seema Haider

Seema Haider’s Pakistani husband Ghulam Haider has filed a fraud case in Noida court. In this, along with Seema, he has also accused Sachin Meena of fraud. Seema Haider is the same Pakistani woman who came to India illegally in May last year. She wanted to marry Sachin.

Ghulam Haider’s lawyer has filed a case under section 156(3) of CrPC. It has been said in the petition that Seema’s divorce from Ghulam has not yet been completed. This makes her marriage with Sachin illegal. According to the lawyer, after her arrest for coming to India illegally, Seema had identified Ghulam as her husband in her bail application. However, she told in public that she was going to marry Sachin.

Report sought by April 18

The lawyer said that after this the court issued a notice to Noida Police and asked them to submit the report by April 18. Seema and Sachin were arrested by Noida Police from Ballabhgarh, Haryana on July 3 last year. He was released on bail on 7 July. Sachin’s father was also arrested but later granted bail.
