Owaisi asked Yogi to resign

If constitutional morality is alive in him, then he will have to leave his post. We demand that the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh resigns.

Owaisi demanded to form an investigation team

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi Said, demanded the Supreme Court to form an investigation team in the murder of Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf. He said, a committee should be formed in this under the supervision of the Supreme Court. I request the Supreme Court to take suo motu cognizance of this and it should be investigated within a time limit. There should not be any officer of Uttar Pradesh in this committee because this murder took place in their presence. Demanding action against the policemen present on the spot, Owaisi said, according to the constitution, all those policemen should be removed from their service.

Owaisi also raised questions on religious slogans

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi also questioned the religious slogans raised after the murder of Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf. He said, why are you shouting religious slogans by shooting? If they are not called terrorists, will they be called patriots? Will it (BJP) garland you with flowers? Those who were celebrating the encounter, you people should die of shame.

Government of guns, not of law in UP: Owaisi

On the murder of Atiq and Ashraf Ahmed, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said, I was saying from the beginning that the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh is not running according to the law but on the power of the gun. We were repeating the same thing, but everyone felt that we were talking nonsense. This will reduce people’s faith in the Constitution. There are no words to condemn this incident.
