Former MP Mohd. Shahabuddin (Shahabuddin) son of Osama Shahab (Osama Shahab) has been sent to jail on Wednesday (October 18) in 14-day judicial custody after his arrest from Kota, Rajasthan. After his arrest in Kota, Osama Shahab (Osama Shahab) was presented in Siwan Court. His bail is to be debated in the court today. Sources say that Osama Shahab (Osama Shahab) has been kept in Siwan jail in the same ward where his father Mohammad Shahabuddin used to live.
Osama is shifted to ward number 18
According to jail sources, Osama Shahab has been shifted to ward number 18 of Siwan Mandal Jail. He spent his first night in this ward on Wednesday. Mohammad Shahabuddin also used to live in this ward. However, the security of the ward where Osama is kept has been increased. The jail superintendent said that the same facilities which are given to ordinary prisoners will also be given to Osama. No special facility will be given. Meanwhile, jail sources say that Osama Shahab has come to jail for the first time in any case. Earlier, he had to come and go under the legal process of his father Mohammad Shahabuddin, who was lodged in Siwan jail. But, he did not come inside the jail.
Case against Osma in land dispute
Let us tell you that the case in which Osama Shahab has been sent to jail is of Hussainganj police station area. The matter is related to land dispute. Abhishek Kumar, a resident of the city, has lodged an FIR. In this case, after arresting Osama from Rajasthan, the police took him to Siwan. Along with Osama, his associate Salman was also brought.
