Only 81 dengue patients found in Bihar on Diwali, figure crosses 7939 in Patna

Patna. Even after the arrival of winter, the number of dengue patients is not decreasing. New patients are being found every day in Patna district. In the last two days, 83 new dengue patients have been found in Patna. With this, the number of dengue patients in Patna has crossed 7939 so far. Only in November i.e. during 10 days, more than 850 dengue patients have been found in the district. Among the areas of Patna where dengue patients were found on Monday, five were found in Patliputra, five in Bankipur, three in Nutan Rajdhani, one in Kankarbagh, two in Azimabad, one in Danapur, two in Phulwarisharif. Patients are being found more and more frequently in these areas. However, doctors say that the number of patients admitted in hospitals is gradually decreasing. 17 patients in Patna AIIMS, 14 in IGIMS, 6 in PMCH and 14 in NMCH are being treated in dengue wards.

Only 81 dengue patients were found in the state on Diwali.

On the day of Diwali, only 81 dengue patients were found across the state. In this, 25 new patients were found in Patna district, 10 in Bhagalpur, nine in Saran and seven each in Begusarai and Nawada. With this, the number of dengue patients in the state has increased to 18817 so far this year. So far 2887 dengue patients have been found in November. On the other hand, 178 patients suffering from dengue are getting their treatment in various government medical colleges of the state.

After finding three new dengue patients, the number reached 587

Three new dengue patients have been identified in Begusarai district on Monday also. Out of total 28 patients examined, three patients were found infected with dengue. In this way the total number of patients in the district increased from 584 to 587. Anti-larva spraying and fogging is being provided on priority basis on the demand of citizens and councilors. Urban people were appealed to adopt other safety measures including wearing clothes covering the body, using mosquito nets and not allowing water to stagnate in waterlogged areas.

Youth dies due to dengue fever, chaos among family members

26-year-old Neeraj Kumar, resident of ward number five of Veerpur Paschim Panchayat of Veerpur police station area, died of dengue fever in a private hospital in Patna late on Sunday evening. He was the married son of Ramchandra Singh alias Nunu Singh. Due to which there was chaos among the family members. In this regard, family members told that he had fever fifteen days ago and was given medicine by the local doctor of the village. But when there was no improvement, he was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Begusarai city. Where dengue fever was confirmed by the doctor and treatment was started immediately. Where after continuous treatment for eight days, the situation started worsening. After that the family members hurriedly admitted him to a private hospital in Patna. After undergoing treatment there for four days, he died late on Sunday evening.

Dengue havoc continues, 10 new patients found

Dengue continues to wreak havoc in Kahalgaon urban and rural areas. New cases are being found every day. On Monday, 19 people were tested for dengue at Kahalgaon Sub-Divisional Hospital, in which 10 people were found to be suffering from dengue. Dr Anand Mohan, Deputy Superintendent in-charge of the Sub-Divisional Hospital, said that so far 1629 people have been tested for dengue in the Sub-Divisional Hospital, out of which 376 people have been found dengue positive so far.

Seven new dengue patients found in the district

The number of dengue patients is continuously increasing in Muzaffarpur district. Seven new cases of dengue have been confirmed during investigation in SKMCH on Monday. Both dengue and chikungunya have been found in two patients. District Vector Borne Disease Control Officer Dr. Satish Kumar said that so far this year, 499 dengue patients have been found in the district. Four of these patients have died. Dr. Satish said that patients admitted for treatment in SKMCH and private hospitals are being monitored. Fogging is being done around the patient’s house.

Dengue patients are continuously increasing in Pakribarawan, two have died.

It is being told that dozens of people including Krishna Kumar, Mithlesh Chaurasia of Hanuman Nagar are suffering. Apart from this, Asha Devi, wife of late Surendra Pandey, has recently died near Police Station Road. Apart from this, another woman has become a victim of death, due to which there is fear among the people.

Dengue outbreak continues, nine new patients found in 24 hours

At the same time, nine-10 dengue patients are being found every day. In the last 24 hours, nine patients have been found dengue positive. In this, four patients have been referred to Gorakhpur. The condition of one of them is serious. Five patients have been kept at home under the supervision of doctors. The Municipal Councilor and the Health Department are proving unsuccessful in killing dengue mosquitoes. So far four people have died due to dengue. Even after this the responsible officials are not losing sleep. District councilor president Subas Singh’s brother also had to be admitted to Gorakhpur. Although they are out of danger now. Whereas the condition of Sushma Devi, 22, of Mirganj Station Road locality has become critical. Whereas if we look at the data of the Health Department, a total of 467 dengue patients have been tested so far. 101 positives have been found in this. A patient is admitted in the dengue ward of Sadar Hospital. This year dengue is out of control. More patients are being received compared to last year.
