Bareilly : A shameful incident has come to light in a village of Hafizganj police station area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The video of 5 youths having unnatural relations with a mare has gone viral. After this, Hafizganj police station registered an FIR against the five accused under sections of Natural Sexual Exploitation and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and arrested three. Along with this, the search for the remaining two accused has been started. In this case, an FIR has been lodged against the accused by Sub Inspector (Inspector) Gajendra Singh of Hafizganj police station.
This is the whole matter
It is alleged in the FIR that the accused were having unnatural sex with the mare of Bhagwat Sharan, a resident of Inayatpur village of Nawabganj. In this, Zeeshan, resident of Kunwarpur Banjariya village of the police station area, is holding the reins of the mare. Devendra, Rizwan and Aamir of the same village are standing nearby and cooperating. There is a lot of anger among the people due to this incident. The video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media. The police have registered an FIR against the accused under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960. Inspector Sanjay Singh has started investigation in this matter. He told that Devendra, Rizwan and Aamir have been arrested. Along with this, raids are being conducted to search for the rest. Earlier, an incident of rape of a teacher’s cow and her child had come to light in Subhash Nagar of the city.
Action taken on complaint of an organization
Himanshu Patel of Hinduist organization had complained about the incident of rape with a mare by tweeting on X (Twitter). Himanshu Patel had alleged by tweeting that an inspector has left with Rs 15,000. However, investigation into the case has revealed that no such evidence was found.
Before this the cow’s calf was raped
Earlier on August 9, private teacher Manoj Mishra, resident of Ganeshnagar, owned a plot near the State Bank located on Badaun Road in Subhashnagar police station area of the city. Here he kept two cows. The cow had given birth to a calf just a month ago. Like everyday, he locked the plot at 11 o’clock and went to his home. When he arrived at 6 am the next day, he saw the cow and calf lying in a critical condition. Saw bleeding from genitals. After this, the neighbors gathered and dialed 112 to inform about the rape of the cow. On the call of Dial 112, Kargaina outpost incharge reached the spot with the police team. The cow and calf were immediately taken to the veterinary hospital located in Kyara block. Veterinary Officer Rajesh Kumar Yadav said that in the initial investigation it seems that something wrong has been done to both the animals. Semen will be taken out from the animals and tested to see if it belongs to a human or an animal.
