Nusrat Jahan: Nusrat Jahan’s troubles increase again in flat fraud case, directed to appear physically in court

On Tuesday, lawyer Kalyan Bandyopadhyay said that he would raise the issue of upholding the judge’s court order in the Alipore court.

It is noteworthy that Nusrat Jahan was accused of committing fraud of lakhs of rupees in the name of giving a flat. According to the complaint, Nusrat was once the director of the company whose name is involved in the fraud case. In the year 2014-15, this organization had taken Rs 5.5 lakh from more than 400 senior citizens. In return, he was promised a 1,000 square feet flat. Although he did not get that flat. It is alleged that the amount was not returned. BJP leader Shankudev Panda had complained directly to the ED, accusing the MP and the actress of fraud.

After this the complainants approached the court. On the basis of that complaint, Kolkata Police and ED officials started investigation. Actually, ED has sent summons to Trinamool MP in the flat ‘fraud’ case. The Central Investigation Agency had interrogated Nusrat for about 6 and a half hours at the CGO Complex last September. However, Nusrat called a press conference at the Kolkata Press Club immediately after the incident and said that she had left the concerned organization long before the complaint was made. Apart from this, he told that he had taken a loan of several crores of rupees from the concerned company. He has repaid the loan money.
