Haryana In Palwal, on August 13, the police have registered an FIR against unknown people for making inflammatory speeches at the ‘Sarva Hindu Samaj Mahapanchayat’. The FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint by Probationary Sub Inspector (PSI) Sachin, who alleged that some people had made inflammatory speeches against people of other community during the meeting in Pondari village, officials said.

An FIR was registered at Hathin police station on Monday under sections 153-A (promoting enmity between different groups) and 505 (objectionable statement in public), among other sections, of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), police said. Station in-charge Manoj Kumar said, an FIR has been registered and action will be taken as per the law.
Braj Mandal Yatra decided on August 28
A ‘mahapanchayat’ of Hindu organizations has decided to resume the Vishva Hindu Parishad’s (VHP) Braj Mandal Yatra in Nuh on August 28, which was stopped after communal violence in July. Several demands were also made in the mahapanchayat, including National Investigation Agency (NIA) investigation into the attack on VHP’s visit in Nuh on July 31 and declaring Nuh as a cow slaughter-free district. Some Hindu leaders while addressing the program had said that Hindus should be given exemption in obtaining arms license for self-defense in Muslim dominated district Nuh.
Bittu Bajrangi sent to police custody
A Nuh court in Haryana on Wednesday sent Bittu Bajrangi to one-day police custody in connection with the communal violence that broke out in the district. The police have said that his accomplices will be arrested soon. On January 31, violence broke out in the district. According to the police, on the complaint of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Usha Kundu, a fresh FIR was lodged against Bajrangi alias Raj Kumar at Nuh’s Sadar police station, after which he was arrested from Faridabad on Tuesday. According to the FIR, Bajrangi and some of his unidentified supporters allegedly misbehaved and threatened a police team led by ASP Kundu when they were stopped on their way to Nalhar temple carrying a sword and a trident. Bajrangi was identified through social media posts.
VHP said- Bittu Bajrangi has no relation with Bajrang Dal
The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) denied having any connection with Bajrangi and claimed that he was never associated with the Bajrang Dal. VHP said in a statement, Raj Kumar alias Bittu Bajrangi, who is said to be a worker of Bajrang Dal, has never had any relation with Bajrang Dal. Vishwa Hindu Parishad also does not consider the video allegedly released by him to be appropriate. Bajrang Dal is the youth wing of VHP. Police said that sections 148 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (causing hurt), 353, 186 (obstructing public servant from discharge of duty), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act were registered against Bajrangi. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Haryana unit president Omprakash Dhankhar on Wednesday said that the recent attack on the religious visit of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) in Nuh was not possible without a prior conspiracy. His remarks came a few days after Chief Minister Manohar Lal’s statement in which he said that the attack on the Braj Mandal Yatra in Nuh on July 31 seems to be part of a bigger conspiracy.
