Bhagalpur Traffic Rules: Bhagalpur Traffic Police has taken important decisions by reviewing some routes to improve the traffic system. The police have also reviewed the signals and have indicated to change their timing. From Thursday, there will be one-way movement of vehicles between Tatarpur Chowk and Station Chowk. Its trial was started on Wednesday afternoon.

There will be a one way route from Tatarpur Chowk towards Nathnagar.

There will be permanent red light for vehicles from Tatarpur Chowk towards Nathnagar. That means there will be one way operation through this route. Only bikes will be allowed two-way movement on this route. Whereas, vehicles going from the station towards Nathnagar will go from the station to Nathnagar via Daiwa Patti Lahri Tola, from Jabbarchak via Tatarpur.

No train from Kotwali will go to the station via Daiwa Patti.

The train going from the station towards Adampur via Naya Bazaar will go via Daiwa Patti via Goshala Road. The train going from the station via Sahebganj to Nathnagar will take left from Kotwali via Daiwa Patti and will go from Mandroja via Sarai and University Road. No train from Kotwali will go to the station via Daiwa Patti. All vehicles will have to go to the station via Tatarpur. From Jabbarchak the vehicle will go to the station via Tatarpur.

Observation conducted under the leadership of Traffic DSP

Under the leadership of Traffic DSP Ashish Kumar, various routes were inspected after the implementation of the new system on Wednesday. In this sequence, Traffic Police Station Chief Virendra Kumar was also present with him. DSP Ashish Kumar said that the new system will be implemented 100 percent from Thursday. If people get relief from this system then it will be regularized. Traffic DSP said that some signals have also been reviewed. There needs to be a change in his timing. Changes will be made soon. While inspecting the routes, the Traffic DSP has instructed all the drivers and citizens of the city to follow the traffic rules 100 percent.

On the second day on Wednesday, about 150 e-rickshaws were colored in the Police Line premises for coding the e-rickshaws to run on the new route of Bhagalpur city. DTO Janardan Kumar, Motor Vehicle Inspector Nishant Kumar, Traffic DSP Ashish Kumar Singh along with transport department and traffic police personnel were there. A painter was called to paint the coding on the e-rickshaw. Let us tell you that for each route, different color codes are to be given on the e-rickshaw so that people can identify the totos of that route.
