Outside the complex, AAP leader Jasmine Shah was seen seeking details from a crime branch officer on the legal provision under which he was adamant on serving the notice only to Kejriwal. The Crime Branch team had also reached the residence of Kejriwal and Delhi Minister Atishi on Friday evening. The notice could not be served to him yesterday because officials at Kejriwal’s residence had refused to accept it and Atishi was also not present at the residence.
