Outside the complex, AAP leader Jasmine Shah was seen seeking details from a crime branch officer on the legal provision under which he was adamant on serving the notice only to Kejriwal. Delhi government minister Saurabh Bhardwaj posted on ‘X’, this is very shameful for the (Centre’s Narendra) Modi government. BJP has been completely exposed today. Police ACPs are deliberately not giving notice in the Chief Minister’s office.
The police team had also reached on Friday
The Crime Branch team had also reached the residence of Kejriwal and Delhi Minister Atishi on Friday evening. The notice could not be served to him yesterday because officials at Kejriwal’s residence had refused to accept it and Atishi was also not present at the residence.

Arvind Kejriwal had alleged last week that BJP has offered Rs 25 crore each to seven of his MLAs to topple his government in Delhi.
