Shukla told that the Block Education Officer had talked to the student in which he had expressed his desire to study in the government primary school of the village itself, so he would be admitted to the primary school on Monday, provided his family is ready to do so. Shukla also said that the Block Education Officer will visit Neha Public School in Khabbupur village on Monday and arrangements will be made for the children who want to come to the school for studies as they are already paying the fees.

Show cause notice issued to the school

The Block Education Officer said that a show cause notice has been issued to the school administration in connection with the incident. He told that if the answer is not given, a warning has been given to end the recognition of the school. BSA said that the school has been given one month’s time to give its explanation in this matter. The school will not remain closed and normal teaching activities will continue. There are three teachers in the school.

When asked whether Tripta Tyagi will teach now or not, Shukla said it depends on the police action against her. Refusing to issue any order to close Neha Public School, Shukla said that only a show cause notice has been issued to the school administration. If it is a matter of closing the school now, then only the school administration will take this decision. Meanwhile, the student’s father Irshad told that his son is very distressed after the incident with him and he is not able to sleep properly.

Father not in mood to compromise with teacher

Irshad told that he took his son to Meerut on Sunday and got his health test done, although his report has come back normal, but he is very mentally disturbed by the incident that happened to him. He said that he does not want to make any compromise with the accused teacher. The police should take whatever action they want to take in this matter.

The video went viral on Friday

It is worth mentioning that last Friday, a video of Neha Public School located in Khabbupur village of Muzaffarnagar went viral in which teacher Tripta Tyagi was seen slapping a student studying in class II by calling her classmates for allegedly not doing homework. Was. After the video went viral, it was strongly condemned by all sections including political circles.

After the matter gained momentum, a case was registered against teacher Tripta Tyagi on Saturday under sections 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of a complaint by the victim’s family. The case was registered. Tyagi said in his defense that the video has been tampered with to give a communal color to the matter.

He claimed that the video was shot by the student’s uncle. Although the teacher agreed that it was wrong for the student to be slapped by her classmates, she was forced to do so because she was physically challenged and was not able to stand up and reach the student.
