Noida Police face disgrace in the case of YouTuber Elvish Yadav, now 5 teams will investigate, know the complete update

A case was registered against Bigg Boss OTT-2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav in Kotwali Sector-49 of Noida for supplying snake venom in a rave party. After a sting operation by the organization People for Animals (PFA), Noida Police had registered an FIR against six people, including four snake charmers, in which the name of Elvish Yadav is also included. In this case, Noida Police won applause by arresting five people but is not able to even touch the named Elvish. The disgrace of Noida Police increased when Kota Police of Rajasthan caught Elvish during vehicle checking but Noida Police refused to admit him as wanted. Noida Police appears to be confused after registering a case against Elvish. Even after the case has been registered, the police are neither declaring Elvish wanted nor calling him for questioning. At the same time, in Sector-49 of Noida, police station in-charge Sandeep Chaudhary had filed an FIR against Elvish, he has been put on the line.

Five teams of Noida Police started investigation

In this matter, it is being said that the investigation will be carried forward by saying that evidence has been collected. A senior official related to this matter said on Saturday that out of five teams, three have been sent to different cities. One team has been sent to Mumbai, while two teams have gone to Delhi and Haryana to investigate the involvement of Elvish. The officer, on the condition of anonymity, said that the records of phone conversations and social media posts between Elvish and the arrested accused are being examined. We have seized the mobile phones of the arrested accused and are investigating the connection between their call records and YouTuber Elvish. A team is also investigating Elvish’s social media posts and videos. The officer further said that neither Elvish nor anyone from his team has contacted us till now.

Rahul may be interrogated on remand.

PFA organization and Rahul have the most important role in this entire matter. It has been told by PFA that Elvish had described Rahul as his agent. The 20 ML venom found from smuggler Rahul will be sent to Lucknow Lab to investigate which snake it is. Due to which the actual price in the international market will be known. Also, the police will take the accused Rahul on remand and interrogate whether he used to extract the venom himself or it was also smuggled from Rajasthan and Jharkhand. Right now talks are going on between police officials to take Rahul for PCR.

Five accused in the Forest Department case

There are only five accused in the Forest Department case, who were caught from the spot. The main accused among them is Rahul. Along with him, Titu Nath, Jaikaran, Narayan and Ravinath have also been arrested. Gaurav Gupta of People for Animals (PFA) organization said that many videos of Elvish and his YouTube companions had gone viral. However, Elvish’s name is not in the FIR lodged by the Forest Department. Meanwhile, Divisional Forest Officer Pramod Kumar Srivastava said that the Forest Department takes action on the basis of evidence and the people present. There was no Elvish on the spot. Therefore, FIR has been registered against Rahul and other people present there. Is being investigated. Only if evidence is found against Elvish, his name will be registered in the FIR.

The Divisional Forest Officer further said that the snakes caught included one python, one Dhamin, two two-headed snakes and five cobras. Their price in the international market is around Rs 5 crore. The most expensive among these snakes are the two-headed snakes, which cost around Rs 3 crores, out of which the cost of one snake is considered to be around Rs 1.5 crores. Divisional Forest Officer said that after permission from the court, the venom is being sent to Lucknow lab. ACP Saurabh Srivastava said, Venom is with the Forest Department. He will get it investigated. This will reveal which snake’s poison it is and what is its actual price in the market. Meanwhile, Additional Police Commissioner Law and Order Anand Kulkarni said that the police has neither given a clean chit to Elvish nor arrested him. Investigation of this matter is going on. Further action will be taken after investigation.

Elvish Yadav will file defamation case against Maneka Gandhi

Here, Elvish Yadav has said that he will file a defamation case against BJP MP Maneka Gandhi. Elvish shared a video on social media and said that he is soon going to file a defamation case against Maneka Gandhi. In the video, Elvish is saying, we have been accused.
