Noida Authority issued notice to 4 IAS-2 IPS officers who did not vacate the government bungalow, given time of 7 days

Noida Development Authority: In Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 4 IAS and 2 IPS officers have not vacated the government bungalow even after many years of transfer. In such a situation, the Noida Authority has now put up notices outside government houses. Warned that if the bungalow is not vacated, action will be taken as per rules. These officers have been given seven days to vacate the bungalow. Whose term is ending this Friday. Now, in such a situation, the officials are recommending not to vacate the building.

These are the 4 IAS who did not leave the government bungalow

IAS Aradhana Shukla who was posted in Noida Authority from August 2015 to June 2018. During this, the authority had allotted the building for them. But even after being transferred, he did not leave the building. Now the situation is that despite being retired, he is occupying that bungalow. The second IAS is Monica Garg. She remained in Noida Authority from August 2016 to March 2017. At present, even the authority officials do not know where he is posted in the state. They have also not vacated the bungalow yet.

Whereas, IAS Rajesh Prakash came to Noida Authority in October 2014 and was transferred in July 2016. After this, April 2017 was posted in Additional Commissioner NCR Ghaziabad. Till now he has not left the Noida bungalow. Apart from this, IAS Anurag Srivastava stayed in Noida from December 2017 to January 2020. They have also not vacated the government bungalow yet.

The list also includes 2 IPS

IPS Abhishek Verma was posted in Noida and was transferred on 15 January 2023. But, till now he has not vacated the government bungalow. Whereas, IPS Luv Kumar was transferred to Delhi in January 2023. However, he has submitted that he will vacate the bungalow soon.

Know why officials do not want to leave Noida

One of the major reasons for not leaving Noida after transfer is its proximity to Delhi. Along with this, the living conditions here are also becoming the reason for not leaving Noida for big officers. At present, ministers to big officials have their own houses in Noida. Therefore, once the building is allotted, it is difficult for the officials to leave the building and go to another place.

What is the rule, now read this too

All the A grade category officers posted in Gautam Budh Nagar including Noida are provided accommodation facility in Sector-14A by the Noida Authority. The rent of accommodation is deposited in the authority’s account after deducting it from the salary according to the pay-grade during their posting. In such a situation, the General Administration Department of the Residential Building Authority allots this accommodation to the posted officers, but when the concerned officer is transferred, he is not vacated by the General Administration. As per the rules, as soon as they are transferred, they have to vacate the allotted building immediately.

At the same time, the Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority, Lokesh M said that the notices have been pasted on the buildings. While following up, one more notice will be issued. After this, further work will be done as per the rules.
