No one’s movement can be closed: Supreme Court

The division bench of Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Sanjay Karol upheld the decision of the Jharkhand High Court, terming it correct. Said: There is no need to interfere in this. Also the court rejected the SLP.

Earlier, Jharkhand High Court advocate Shashank Shekhar presented the case on behalf of the defendants.
